1. General Refund Principles
At Laungrid, we stand behind the quality of our product launch intelligence platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you decide that Laungrid isn't the right fit for your team within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the initial 14-day period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- If there is evidence of account abuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- For professional services, custom integrations, or dedicated support hours once the work has commenced.
- For enterprise contracts with custom terms that specifically supersede this policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please email our billing department at billing@laungrid.io from the email address associated with your account. Please include your company name and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
